The 4th step is Pre-spraying the whole carpeted area with an alkaline gentle non-toxic emulsifier, aiming to dissolve the dirt on the high traffic areas. Then our specialist will groom the carpet pile allowing to penetrate deep into the fibre.

The final step of the process is deep steam cleaning of the carpet which aims to wash off the detergent of the carpet and extract 95% of the moisture.
