Optima Membership – Terms and Conditions

To become a member of Optima Cleaners, you must:

1. Review and Accept Terms: Read and accept the terms and conditions provided.
2. Submit an Application: Apply for membership.
3. Pay the Annual Fee: Pay the designated annual subscription fee.

You can apply for membership in several ways:

• By completing an online application form.
• By calling our customer service team to express your interest in joining.

Please note that membership is only available to individuals who are 18 years or older. Additionally, we reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our discretion.

Optima Membership Program Benefits

By following the steps to join the Optima Membership Program, your membership becomes active immediately upon receiving a confirmation email. Members enjoy exclusive benefits, which include:

1. Special Rates and Discounts: Members may access temporary preferential rates and discounts on specific services. Members receive special offers, deals, and promotions, which may change at our discretion. Notifications about these offers will be sent via email and SMS to the contact information you provided during registration.
2. Optima Cleaners Points: Upon joining or renewing your membership, your account will be credited with 300 Optima Cleaners Points. These points cannot be used for partial payments on materials, parking, or any third-party costs. You may also earn extra credits by referring new customers.
3. Membership Duration: Membership lasts for 12 months from the confirmation date of activation, after which it will expire.
4. Communication Preferences: You may opt in or out of receiving special offers at any time.
5. Limitations: The membership does not guarantee a minimum level of benefits, and all offers are subject to availability. Benefits are applicable only to labor charges and do not cover costs for materials or services booked prior to the membership’s start.
6. Non-Transferability: Membership is personal and non-transferable. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must report it immediately.

Optima Membership Program Fee Payment and Billing

To join the Optima Membership Program, you are required to pay the Annual Membership Fee. Please note the following key points regarding payment and billing:

1. Payment Method: Payment can only be made using a credit or debit card.
2. Annual Fee Requirement: To maintain your membership and access its benefits, the Annual Membership Fee must be paid for each billing period, which is every 12 months.
3. Billing Period: The current billing period lasts for one year from the date the last Annual Membership Fee was paid.
4. Membership Suspension: If the payment is not successfully settled, due to any reason, We may suspend your membership. The period during which You have been a member shall be considered as unauthorised membership. Any Benefits which have been used during the period of unauthorised use of the membership shall be refunded to Us immediately upon Our request.
5. Responsibility for Payments: You remain liable for any unpaid fees until they are settled.
6. Fee Adjustments: The Annual Membership Fee may change over time, but any adjustments will not affect previously established fees.

Optima Membership Term and Termination

1. Membership Commencement: Your membership in the Optima Membership Program begins once your application is accepted, the Annual Membership Fee is paid, and you receive a confirmation email.
2. Indefinite Term: The membership term is indefinite and can be terminated by you at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3. Cancellation Process: You may cancel your membership by sending a cancellation request to [email protected] or by contacting customer service at
   1300 842 015. Depending on benefits used during the current billing period, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the Annual Membership Fee, or a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within 14 days of membership commencement:
   • • A full refund of the Annual Membership Fee is available if no benefits have been used.
     • A partial refund will be issued if any benefits have been utilized.
     • If you have used Optima Points and/or discounts that exceed the Annual Membership Fee, you may be charged a reasonable cancellation fee.
5. Refund Processing: If you are not eligible for a refund, your membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing period. If eligible for a refund, your membership will be terminated immediately upon your request.
6. Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time with written notice if terms and conditions are breached.
7. Post-Termination: Upon termination, cancellation, or expiration of your membership, you will lose access to all benefits and any unused benefits will also be voided for future bookings.

Optima Membership General Provisions

1. Promotions and Discounts: All preferential rates, discounts, and promotions provided under the Optima Membership Program are subject to specific terms and conditions.
2. Combination of Benefits: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, membership benefits cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
3. Non-Commercial Use: Services purchased through the Optima Membership Program cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes by you or any third party.
4. Personal Information: When applying for Optima Membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information and to update it as needed during the membership period. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your membership without prior notice. Your information will be managed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to Terms: We may periodically revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this page. It is your responsibility to check for changes, as they will be binding upon you.
6. Governing Relationship: Unless specified otherwise, these Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the service provider for all services and are specific to your membership in the Optima Membership Program.
7. Material Accuracy: The content on our site may become outdated, and we are not obligated to update all materials at all times.
8. Acknowledgment of Terms: By using or accessing the Optima Membership Program and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Optima Membership Use of Personal Data and Legal Provisions

1. Use of Personal Data: By joining the Optima Membership Program, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Headings: The headings in this Agreement are for informational purposes only and do not have any legal effect.
3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in full force and effect. If a provision cannot be modified, it will be considered separate from the Agreement without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
4. Waiver: If we do not enforce any part of this Agreement, it does not waive our right to do so in the future. A waiver of any provision does not imply a waiver of any future obligations.
5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: Any claims related to your use of the Optima Membership Program will be handled exclusively by Australian courts. However, we reserve the right to pursue claims against you in your country of residence or any relevant country. The Agreement and any disputes arising from it will be governed by Australian law.
